APPOINTMENTS
Bookings are recommended for all treatments. To fully enjoy your Ella Baché experience please arrive 10 minutes early plenty of time to relax and enjoy the view. Please note that all bookings over 2 hours require a 50% deposit to secure your booking.
CANCELLATIONS
We require 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee being charged [50% of treatment price]. Unfortunately if you do not let us know then a 100 % charge will apply. This also applies to Gift vouchers.
